Video Screening at Mantis Hamburg — Sakura Sake Tour + HamCan Skate Hamburg

On Friday, May 22nd 2026, Mantis Hamburg hosts a special skate video screening night featuring two very different but deeply connected perspectives on contemporary skateboarding culture.

The evening brings together the AriZona Crew’s Japan film Sakura Sake Tour and the raw local energy of HamCan Skate Hamburg.

Sakura Sake Tour documents the AriZona Crew traveling through Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka and Kyoto — capturing late-night street sessions, architecture, city atmospheres and the unique rhythm of Japanese skateboarding culture. Originally premiered in New York City and later released via TransWorld SKATEboarding, the project combines technical street skating with cinematic urban imagery.

Alongside it, HamCan Skate Hamburg brings the focus back home: rough Hamburg spots, concrete, steel, rain, bridges, local sessions and the unmistakable atmosphere surrounding the city’s skate scene.

The screening takes place inside Mantis Skateshop in Hamburg’s city center.
