SHIPPING TO GERMANY

Orders with a value of 60.00 EUR or more are shipped free of charge within Germany. For orders under 60 EUR, shipping costs within Germany are 4.90 EUR.

You will automatically receive a tracking number via email after your order has been shipped.

Shipping takes place immediately after payment is received.

Shipping to EU countries: €14.90

Shipping to Switzerland: €39.90

Worldwide shipping: €69.90

DELIVERY

1. Shipping will be made to the delivery address you provided immediately after payment is received. Delivery of paid goods within Germany takes 1-2 business days.

2. We are entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable. This will only occur with direct consultation via email.

3. For orders within Germany, we offer free returns for 14 days using a return slip, which can be requested by email at bestellungen@mantisshop.de. Please be sure to include your order number.

Please do not send goods freight collect.

4. Events of force majeure and delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances do not lead to a delay. After a reasonable grace period, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract regarding the unfulfilled part. The paid purchase amount will be reimbursed immediately in this case.
