55 Degrees Summer Coffee comes from the Gara Kogne washing station in the West Arsi district of Oromia State in central Ethiopia. The station processes coffee from around 1,000 farmers and, like our coffee, is organically certified. The coffee grows at an impressive altitude of 2000 meters. This lot is very versatile and allows for almost any interpretation! As a cold brew, the natural process comes into its own best, full, berry-like and sweet. The espresso is clean, structured, complex, floral and impressive with notes of yellow stone fruit and fresh strawberries.
